I am aware of the situation in NL, server responds on ping but it doesn't serve any webpages.

Mar 30th US Phoenix - hardware change
We will do an unplanned hardware exchange on the US Phoenix location. Expected downtime is 15-30 minutes.

26 minutes later and everything is back up and running.
Due to the original FCSH template was incompatible with WHMCS 6 there has been a temporary change to a stock template while the old template is being worked on.

Late afternoon on the 29th February connectivity to the shared hosting server in Miami was gradually lost over a period of a few hours. Feb 29th Network issues US-CP1
for some unknown reason the network where US-CP1 is hosted is not reachable at this moment.we are in contact with the provider to find out the reason. Our Swedish provider decided to close that location and we were moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands instead.
Customers has been contacted via tickets about this change.
US-CP1 file system has switched to read-only, working on resolving the issue.
Issue was resolved yesterday but performance issues has followed since. Continuous work is done to fix it.
